Managing Director, Regal Group of Companies
The son of founder Vasu Shroff, Raju has been working with Regal in various capacities for almost 30 years, starting as a trainee to learn the functions of every department. He is also responsible for strategically steering & consolidating the company to continue being the leading brand for textile sourcing and retailing.
Raju completed the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School in 1997, after which he earned his Master of Business Administration from London Business School via their rigorous executive program.
Director of Sales, Operations, & Marketing
Prakash Asnani is the responsible for managing sales, purchasing, & marketing for the textile business including the Wholesale and Retail Department of the group. Prakash also handles the Indenting sales for European and Asian fabrics.
Prakash has 33 years’ experience in planning and coordinating with various departments to achieve set targets, managing sales teams, customer relations and sourcing specialty fabrics from all over the world.
Business Development & Corporate Relations
Tirath Galani oversees the business development, new location processes, IT & ERP functions, corporate relations, and philanthropy initiatives of the company. As an individual experienced in both finance and operations, he brings a versatile skillset to bear in the growth of the company.
Tirth has specialized for 25 years in performance management, strategic planning, standard development, and process improvement.
Group HR & Admin Manager, HR, Administration and Legal Division
Satya Poluri plays a significant role in managing Human Resources & Operations by recruiting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. He is responsible for overseeing all Administration initiatives, systems & tactics, and monitors adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
Satya has notable experience in designing HR policies and procedures, strategy planning and execution, people management and designing, developing and implementing Performance Management & ERP systems.
