Yes, we cater to our international clients via Fedex. However, shipment charges, tax and other charges vary according to different countries, which should be paid by the customer. Due customs rules & regulations some items cannot be shipped to certain countries; in such cases our customer care team will get in touch with you.
What is the minimum size of the fabric that I need to order?
Most of our items are sold in meters, you need to order minimum ONE meter. Some of our products are sold in pieces, you need to order minimum one piece.
What happens if an item which I have ordered is out of stock?
We will try to get the item from our warehouse or production center. If items are out of stock after your payment and if it is not available in our warehouse, then we will process payment refund immediately.
What is the process for adding items to shopping cart?
You need to select the amount of meters you want to order, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon.
How will I know if my order is processed?
Once you confirm your order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and other important details. We have back-end team who coordinate with the courier services and ensure timely delivery of the order.
What is the policy for refund / exchange for International orders?
Once the fabric has been cut, it is no Longer possible to Return /Exchange the product.
What is the policy for refund / exchange for UAE orders?
Refunds / exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Refunds will be made within 21 working days.
Can I cancel the order I placed online?
You can call our customer care regarding the order cancellation, any international order can be cancelled before the order is ready for dispatch.
Do you have a Cash on delivery option?
No right now we do not have the option of Cash On Delivery.

If you are trying to make a payment to us and it fails due to some technical error then you need to send us a screen shot of the error page and our customer service department will get in touch with you.
Will there be a difference in color for the items I order?
We do our best in giving correct information about the fabric and the color of the fabric, but sometimes we expect few differences because of variations in a monitor or mobile color settings etc. We always encourage our customers to order a sample before purchasing the fabric.
Is your price inclusive of taxes?
All the prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) as per UAE rules and regulations and does not include Shipping charges.
For international orders, all duties, taxes etc levied by the destination country should be paid by the customer.
How will I pay for my stitch services?
Price of stitch services will be based on the styling and work to be done on the garment. The price will be quoted by the stylist and the payment to be done by cash or card depending on the service you have opted for.
What should I do if I receive a defective fabric?
We always make our best efforts to provide quality products & service to customers. If you receive a fabric or product which is damaged or defective, we request you to contact customer service team on the date of delivery itself. After 24 hours from your original invoice date, we will no longer consider items for return.
Our customer service team will share the approval note for refund process and the same to be sent to us with the products. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item and will be processed against the original form of payment. The appropriate account will be credited within 21 working days. Original shipping costs will be refunded on defective items only. Regal reserves the right to deny any refunds for fabrics that have been cut or altered.
How can I become a wholesale customer?
For becoming a wholesale customer, you are requested to fill in the necessary details in the Wholesale query form. Our customer service team will get in touch with you for collecting necessary details and will brief you on the terms and conditions.
In how many days my order will be dispatched?
Orders are shipped SundaytillThursday. All orders (with in UAE) received before 02:00 pm GST will be dispatched on the same day.
We will take one or two additional working days for dispatching international orders.
What happens if my order is damaged In-Transit?
If a product is damaged in transit, we will work with the delivery partner to try and rectify the problem.
