Regal Shipping Conditions
- All the orders places will be processed within 72 hours unless if there are public holidays. Orders will be delivered in two days after placing the order (with in UAE).
- Regal has chosen specific shipment partners who are known for their expertise and delivery. The time taken for delivery will be mentioned at the time of placing the order. However, do note that this could vary by a day or two, due to weather, force majeure conditions or any other conditions which are not in our control.
- Always provide your complete mailing address, along with your postal code at the time of placing the order. Incomplete addresses provided will only result in further delay of delivery.
- The prices on the items posted on the Website do not include shipping costs.
- International shipping rates are based on the estimated weight & dimensions of the package.
- For all International orders, the shipping charges are paid by the Customer while placing the Order. The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customs duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destinations, and an additional handling charge by the courier company that facilitates the customs clearance. All customs duties/taxes and handling charges at the destination country are payable entirely by the Customer to the delivery partner directly.
- All the orders placed by customers outside UAE will be having custom duty charges, VAT and other taxes depending on the rules of the destination country and these charges should be paid by customer only as Regal will be shipping the orders placed with an original invoice.
Return, Exchange& Refunds for orders outside UAE:
- All sales are final and there will be no refunds, no cancellations, no exchanges& no returns.
- Please note that there is a minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the fabric received. We try our best in giving you the exact images of the product in terms of colors, however colors of fabrics and other items may vary also depending upon your monitor settings too.
- We always try to make our customers understand regarding the product in a detailed way but we strongly encourage to order a swatch before purchasing your fabric in order to avoid the color variances and mainly when comes to fabric it will be also depends on touch & feel. Our customers who follow this advice never get disappointed and will be very satisfied. However, there will be some products like Scarves, Suits, Sarees, Accessories & Saree laces where we cannot send a swatch.
Return, Exchange & Refunds for orders within UAE:
- Customer need to contact our customer service team and inform regarding the reason for return or exchange in writing.
- Refunds / exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Refunds will be made within 21 working days.
Terms & Conditions:
- Regal is not responsible for any weather related delays or lost goods by the airlines.
- For customer within UAE, all prices and costs are displayed in AED. For customers outside UAE, all prices and costs are displayed in USD.
- Damages of the goods will not be happening as we will be checking every product carefully before shipping and can only be taken into consideration when they are submitted in writing within 7 days after receiving the goods. Please check our washing instructions too.
- Regal will only validate orders after having received the confirmation of the successful transfer of the totality of the order amount. We prefer the payment methods like Visa and Master card.
- Some of the Fabrics will be sold in pieces as they are sellable in pieces only like Sarees, Laces, scarves, Suits and Fancy Sarees.
- Regal reserves the right to alter the prices mentioned on the products on its site from time to time, at its own discretion.
- Acknowledgement given through a signature or a stamp or seal on the courier delivery slip/challan with the courier agency serves as a proof of delivery and acceptance.
- Regal is not liable for any damages or defacing of the packaging that may occur during transit of the package to the customer.
- Regal reserves the right to alter, change or add any other terms as it may deem fit anytime as required.
- Regal reserves the right to cancel certain orders due to the following reasons –
- Problems identified with the mode of payment.
- Non-availability of stock.
- Inaccuracies in rate, etc.
- In such cases, Regal will contact the customer and refund will be processed immediately. All such refunds will be made by the same mode of payment used to place the order. Refunds to Credit Cards may take up to 21 days to reflect from date of transfer, depending on the credit card bank’s policies.
